SoloQ Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for supporting SoloQ! We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our simple return policy for both digital and physical items.
Digital Products (Non-Refundable)
All digital downloads, including the SoloQ Digital Planner and any future digital content, are non-refundable.
Because you receive instant access to your files after checkout, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases.
If you experience any issues downloading your files, please reach out and we’ll help you get everything working.
Physical Planner Returns
If you purchased a physical SoloQ Planner, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Opened planners, used planners, or items showing wear cannot be returned.
Process:
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout. We’ll give you instructions on how to send the item back.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right. We may ask for a photo of the issue to help resolve things quickly.
